We recommend that you print these instructions for handy reference, before starting the download process. If you are unfamiliar with this process, these instructions will walk you through it.
- To achieve the very best iPIX image quality, set your monitor to thousands or millions of colors.
Installing the IPIX™ Viewer
- Download IPIX™ Viewer (984K) to your hard drive.
- This download procedure will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, depending upon your connection speed. The Viewer will take about 4 minutes to download with a 56k modem, and about 8 minutes with a 28.8 modem. The installation program will complete in approximately one minute.
- A dialog box will appear on the screen prompting you to choose a save location. Write down or remember the location where you save the file. Click the Save button to download and save the file to your local computer.
- After the download is completed, close your browser and locate the IPIX™ Viewer Installer file (IpxVw32.exe), double-click on the icon to launch the Installer. Press the Next button on the opening screen.
- Follow the on-screen directions to complete the installation.
- You can now use the IPIX™ Viewer to view IPIX images.
