Founded in 1989, Minds-Eye-View, Inc., now doing business as IPIX, developed the first available system that produced fully spherical, navigable images. IPIX-branded 360-degree still photography technology went on to revolutionize the real estate industry by enabling virtual tours online, giving the user the power to interactively look up, down and all around. IPIX continued to innovate, and in 2004, IPIX-branded 360-degree video products revolutionized the video security industry.

Today, IPIX provides 360-degree video and photography products and solutions within the web showcasing, critical infrastructure documentation, and video security markets.
